Student
Pascal joined NPI 4 years ago as a student where he followed a combination of working and learning for the study of logistics team leader. In the process, he gained practical experience at NPI as an approved training company, while also attending school. His studies have long since been completed and he can now count himself as a permanent part of the warehouse team.
All-round warehouse worker
Pascal has learned a lot in those 4 years and he knows our warehouses and processes inside out. He is now almost familiar with all products, from the largest film rolls to the smallest screws for pruning shears or tying tools. He often spends his days at NPI picking orders with horticultural products, handling numerous orders daily. But he has also prepared many water tank orders, loaded trucks with films and managed the loading and unloading of countless containers.
What does he like most?
What he likes most is the variety and versatility of his job in the warehouses. No day at NPI is the same. Moreover, he really likes the team. Now that he has several years of experience, he is the one who in turn passes on his knowledge to a younger generation of warehouse team members.
