Completely covered water tank
This completely closed water tank is located at a tulip grower in the Netherlands. The tank is fully closed because it has a water impermeable cover. The cover is made of reinforced PVC weighing 900 g/m²; an extra heavy material chosen for its particularly long lifespan. The heavy duty material ensures the cover lasts longer.
This tank stores water for the daily supply. Water from the rainwater basin is pumped here, where nutrients and other substances are added before it is delivered to the tulips. The tank is covered to minimize external influences from coming into contact with the water. This ensures optimal water quality for the tulips!
