Water management is the key to succesful seed production
At a seed production company, a reliable water source is indispensable. Irrigating in the right place, at the right time and in the right quantity is a key factor for the production of the seeds. At this producer in Vietnam, three metal water tanks were installed next to the greenhouses, together with water technology. These tanks ensure a good and constant availability of water and allow control of the water. This is important because special recipes have to be made and stored for producing seed: from sowing, to germination, to harvest, without excessive water consumption. And this is where the tanks also serve, because the water tanks enable the facility to reuse water.
All so that the chilli, courgette, cucumber, bean and sweet pepper seeds can grow as well as possible!
Tank roof
