We installed a metal water tank at a renowned garden centre near our home base. Up until now this garden center irrigated their trees, shrubs and plants by hand, this being a labor intensive and time consuming method of irrigating.
The water tank has a diameter of 10,06 meters, is 3,05 meters high and was lined with an Enpex FPP 0,75 mm liner. A floating anti-algae cover protects against contamination and UV radiation, while it allows rainwater to pass through.
The water tank that was installed by our team will be part of a brand new drip irrigation system. It will be connected through a pump and fertilizer tank with drip tubings. A huge time saver for this garden centre that has to water several times a week no less than 1,5 hectare of greenery.
